Since 1952
We love happy endings…
When sales were down at the beginning of the Fair due to the rainy weather, we were disheartened and sorrowful that we were unable to sell many candy apples, which is our annual fundraiser. Then this verse from John 16:20b came to mind: “You will be sorrowful, but your sorrow will turn into joy!”
Taking a difficult situation and turning it into what we hoped would be a

Payment: Payment at the church can only be made with cash or check. We do not accept credit cards or online payments there. At the Fair, they may accept additional forms of payment.
Just a point to remember - they are cheaper if you buy them at the church!
If you’d like to place a large order (over 30) for pickup, call 865-522-1774 at least 24 hours before you will pick them up. You can also place orders via Facebook Messenger (Fairview Trinity Church).
Sorry, but pets are not allowed inside the fellowship hall area due to health regulations.
We started with an old-fashioned recipe of simple ingredients - no preservatives, no gluten, no dairy! This recipe from 75 years ago is prepared fresh daily at the church for only 10 days during September each year. We prepare the candy in copper pots, just as past generations have done. These crisp Golden Delicious apples are Tennessee-grown, straight from the Oren Wooden Orchard in Pikeville, TN.
If you are familiar with our church, you know that we are well-known for the candy apples that we make and sell at the Fair each year since 1952. We are proud to serve God and our community in this ministry, as our parents and grandparents did before us. Look for us every September at the Fair or you can come by the church during those 10 days and buy from us there. We will be selling from the church between 10 and 2 daily.
Never tried a Fairview Candy Apple before? They are the best you’ll find - made fresh every single morning, these crisp, tart apples are coated with a thin covering of red candy (no nuts, no cinnamon, just crispy-crunchy deliciousness) offered with a smile and a prayer of blessing on each person.
Give one a try and we think you’ll agree - Fairview apples are the best in town (and beyond)!
blessing, we donated over 400 candy apples to the Emerald Avenue After-School program.
The kids were surprised and thrilled to receive these special treats! “We are grateful for this act of
kindness that brought joy to so many of our children this week!” remarked David Olive, Director of Major Gifts & Planned Giving.
Fairview Trinity GMC was blessed to see so many smiling (and messy) faces as the kids enjoyed the candy apples and will continue to pray for each child and staff member in that ministry.
